The Beaver and Bulldog was established in 2005 as a small pub concept with it origins in Collingwood Ontario. Since then we have grown to 5 Ontario locations and continue to reach for our goal of achieving the “Evolution of The Pub”. Our menu and design has progressed from sports pub roots, to the now polished cheery wood gastro pub. Throughout our growth we have had many accomplishments including being voted the “Best Pub and Best new Restaurant for 2007-2008 as well as “Best of Fest” in the Hamilton Wing Fest. Our Burlington location has 10,000sq ft of versatile dining space at the foot of Brant Street on Burlington’s exquisite waterfront.
